Frequently Asked Questions

 We provide primary care for teens (ages 13+), adults, and seniors. Our services include annual wellness exams, sick visits, chronic disease management, preventive care, weight loss, hormones , allergy, immunotherapy and routine health screenings. 


 Yes. Appointments are required. We do not accept walk-ins. ion.


 We accept most major insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify your coverage before your appointment. 


 Yes. Please contact our office for current self-pay pricing. 


 Please contact your pharmacy or our office several business days before you run out of medication. 


 Some controlled medications require regular in-office follow-up visits and monitoring. Prescribing is at the provider's discretion and in accordance with clinic policy. 


 No. Our clinic does not prescribe or refill benzodiazepines. Patients requiring these medications will be referred to a mental health specialist or other appropriate provider for evaluation and management. 


 Lab work is generally ordered after a provider evaluation. We are not an open lab facility. 


 Most results are available within several business days. They will be uploaded in your patient portal and you can get mobile access with the Healow app.


 Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or fee of $50 will be applied. If you cannot reach us by phone, leave a detailed message of your name and date of birth and we will get back with you as soon as possible.


 

Most referrals are processed and sent within 7–10 business days. If you have not been contacted after that time, please call our office so we can check the status of your referral.


 

FMLA, disability, work accommodation, and other medical paperwork are typically completed within 7–10 business days after all required forms have been received, any necessary appointments have been completed, and the $25 paperwork fee has been paid.


 In many cases, yes. The provider may require an appointment before completing medical paperwork to ensure the information is current and accurate. Applicable paperwork fees may also apply. 


 If you have not received an update within 7–10 business days, please contact our office, and we will be happy to check the status for you.
